BRAIN GAMES

With ever evolving technology surrounding us everyday, it's hard to get a physical workout into our schedules, let alone a mental workout. Just as our bodies need exercise to stay healthy and at their peak, so do our brains.

While brain games have been disregarded as playful fun and not taken seriously in the past, recent research on the effects from these brain training games have shown promising results. Due to these brain games, we can rejuvinate, rewire, and rescue parts of our brains that have been at a decline due to technology.

With very brief [brain] training, we improved the language and math grades of children who have problems at home.

These longer-term results indicate that particular types of cognitive training can provide a lasting benefit a

decade later.
